Lost, Misplaced, or Stolen Cards

Cardholders are required to immediately report any lost or stolen College credit cards to Fifth Third at 800.375-1747. Cardholders must also email BusinessOffice@kzoo.edu

Erroneous Declines

Should a vendor erroneously decline a College credit card, the Cardholder should contact Fifth Third at the number on the back of the card. The Fifth Third representative will explain why the sale was declined.
