Fraudulent Charges

If you discover fraud on your Mastercard account, please follow these steps:

  • Immediately call Fifth Third using the phone number on the back of your card and report the fraudulent charge.
  • Complete the Billing Inquiry Form and email it to the Business Office.
  • On your Visa expense report, please mark the charge as fraudulent in the description. Please also note the date that you sent the Billing Inquiry Form to the Business Office.
