If you discover fraud on your Visa account, please follow these steps:

• Immediately call PNC using the phone number on the back of your card and report the fraudulent charge.
• Complete the Billing Inquiry Form and email it to the Business Office.
• On your Visa Spend Clarity expense report, please mark the charge as fraudulent in the description. Please also note the date that you sent the Billing Inquiry Form to the Business Office.
